It looks like we are going to have an early spring this year...

Wiarton Willie did not see his shadow! Don't get too excited - February is usually the coldest month.

Despite the chilly temperatures, February can be a great month! With both Valentine's Day and Family Day happening this month, you'll have plenty of opportunities to spend time with those you care about most. March break is also just around the corner, and that means spring is soon to follow!

When Should A Child Visit the Dentist?

A child’s first visit should take place around their first birthday. It’s important to check erupting teeth as there is the potential for tooth decay as soon as they appear!

More than 40% of children have tooth decay by the time they reach kindergarten so it’s important to not delay a child’s visit to the dentist. On their first visit we will examine the teeth, jaw, and oral tissues. We will also check for issues with their bite and bone growth before performing a gentle cleaning, polishing surfacing teeth.

Molten Lava Cake

It's cold... So treat yourself!

Molten Lava cakes are relatively easy to make, look great and the batter is forgiving. These delicious cakes are great for dinner parties because they bake for only 8 to 10 minutes; you can put these in the oven while you're making the coffee for dessert.
