The quarantine has started a new movement of home cooking. People at home are experimenting with items in their fridge and pantry to pass their time and fill their souls. So, here's a recipe that does both while using ingredients that are mostly in your home. This is also a great thing to make ahead of time and have for the week, suitable for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Ingredients:

• 2 heads of broccoli (approximately 524g)
• 10 whole eggs
• 35g cream
• 4g salt
• 110g Cheddar Cheese

1. Cut broccoli into smaller pieces.
2. In a pot with boiling water and salt (like when cooking pasta) cook the broccoli until tender. Drain and cool.
3. Crack all the eggs into the blender, add salt, and blend. This will make the eggs fluffy.
4. Let the egg mixture sit for a second and you can skim the foam if desired.
5. Line a 9-inch cake pan with parchment paper and some non-stick spray or butter.
6. Grate cheddar cheese.
7. Pack the pan with broccoli, layering it with cheese as you go. Then pour egg mixture over the broccoli.
8. Bake at 300°F (or 150°C), for approximately 45 minutes, until the eggs are hard to the touch.
9. It will get golden brown on the top. If you rather it be a bit less, cover with tin foil halfway through the cooking process.
10. Keeps well for 1 week. Great to eat cold, warm, with yogurt, or with a salad.
